- Information you voluntarily send by email, such as your name, company, contact details and message. This website has no contact form.
- Technical server-log data such as IP address, date and time, browser or device type and server requests, where retained by Hostinger for operation and security.

- Responding to enquiries and preparing cooperation: steps requested by you or performance of a contract.
- Business communication: the company’s legitimate interest in organising and documenting communications.
- Security and reliable operation: legitimate interests in protecting systems, preventing misuse and resolving technical issues.
- Legal compliance: compliance with applicable legal obligations.
4. Recipients, providers and technical operation
Authorised company staff and, only where necessary, Hostinger as hosting provider and the corporate email provider may have access. Images, flags and fonts are hosted locally. No analytics, advertising tools, tracking pixels or external image/font hotlinks are used.
5. International transfers
If a necessary provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, any transfer must rely on a recognised safeguard such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual protections.
6. Retention
Messages and related details are retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, manage cooperation, establish or defend legal claims, or meet legal duties. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s operational and security retention periods.
